Vivendi keeps Mediaset stake, prepares to step up legal fight: sources

Vivendi has kept its stake in Mediaset after a deadline to sell it expired at the weekend and is preparing to step up its legal action against the Italian broadcaster's overhaul plan, two sources close to the matter said.
