FAA chief to testify before Congress on grounded Boeing 737 MAX

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) chief Steve Dickson will testify Wednesday before Congress on the series of steps that must be completed before the agency will allow Boeing Co's (BA.N> grounded 737 MAX, involved in two fatal crashes in five months, to resume flying.
