-Destiny Gold Project, Quebec:

-Overview:

-Ownership & Size:

Big Ridge (formerly Alto)-100%, 127 mineral claims totaling 5,013 Ha.

-Stage:

Continuing Exploration: The property hosts the DAC Deposit comprised of high-grade quartz veins occurring within five parallel altered gold bearing shear zones. Mineralization extends from 15m to a depth of 400m. The DAC deposit is open along strike and at depth.

The NI 43-101 Resource Estimate for the DAC Deposit was SEDAR filed on March 7, 2011. Mineral Resources are not Mineral Reserves and by definition do not demonstrate economic viability. Alto’s President, Mike Koziol, P. Geo., a Qualified Person under the provisions of National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed and approved the technical information described herein.

-Location & Infrastructure:

Despinassay Township, road 100 km northeast of Val d’Or. The property is accessible by provincial highway 397 which passes through the property.

-Regional Significance:

The Abitibi greenstone belt contains some of the world’s largest gold and base metal deposits. The region has produced over 180 million ounces of gold and more than 450 million tonnes of Cu-Zn since the early 1900s. Great history of high-grade, multi-million ounce gold discoveries with excellent infrastructure, low development costs, and significant exploration potential for discovering new deposits.

The Destiny property lies along the Chicobi Fault Zone, one of the lesser explored regional deformation corridors in the Abitibi. The DAC Deposit is one of several significant gold zones along 6 km segment of a second order structure called the Despinassy Shear Zone.

-Project Summary:

-DAC Deposit is open along strike and at depth;
-Gap Zone - immediately east of the DAC Deposit. Results include:
-78.7 g/t gold over 1.0m within an 8m of 11.3 g/t gold (DES12-147);
-22.7 g/t over 1.05m (DES12-154);
-1.05 g/t gold over 10m and 1.04 g/t gold over 11.0m (DES12-144);
-Darla Zone - immediately east of the Gap Zone. Results include:
-19.5 g/t Au across 2.1m and 20.6 g/t Au across 0.8m
-Infill drilling is needed to determine DAC Deposit, Gap Zone and Darla Zone are linked;
-Several other gold occurrences in proximity to the DAC Deposit remain untested (See Map 2);
Results from limited drilling at Zones 20 and 21, located approximately 2 km east of the Darla Zone on strike with the Despinassy Shear Zone returned
-4.6 g/t gold over 2.0m (Zone 20)
-2.4 g/t gold over 6.0 m (Zone 21)

Additional drilling is required at Zones 20 and 21 along strike and at depth. The gold is associated with intense shearing and strong alteration including silicification, quartz veining, and pyrite mineralization.
Destiny also exhibits significant potential for VMS type deposits. Drilling at the DAC Deposit has returned significant copper, zinc and lead mineralization including: 5.79% Cu, 3.42% Zn, 1.21 g/t Au and 117.0 g/t Ag over 0.7m core length at the DAC Deposit.

-Latest Update, June 2019:

An 11 sonic drill hole orientation study was completed during the summer of 2019 to determine if gold mineralization can be discovered using glacial dispersion overburden sampling techniques. The sonic holes tested the glacial dispersion and bedrock geology from the currently known mineralized zones and several of the new targets identified from the extensive compilation of data completed earlier this year.

-Outlook:

Diamond drilling is required to expand the resources on the Destiny Property. A three stage work program is recommended.

Stage (1). enlarge the footprint of the gold anomalous envelope by drilling new targets associated with the Despinassy Shear Zone;
Stage (2). follow up by drilling the gold zones discovered during the stage 1; and
Stage (3). detail and infill drill in order to generate sufficient data to advance the project to a new resource estimate.

There is potential for VMS-style copper-zinc-gold-silver mineralization along the Despinassy Shear corridor and a trend of geophysical VTEM anomalies located north of the shear corridor. This should be tested by first pass exploration drilling.

-Project, Oxford Gold, Manitoba:

-Overview:

-Ownership & Size:

Big Ridge (formerly Alto)-100%
Property includes 17 contiguous mineral claims and three Mineral Exploration Licenses which combined cover approximately 35,992 ha

-Stage:

Highly prospective mid stage project with numerous untested gold occurrences along a 30km trend. Historical drilling led to the discovery of the Banded Iron Formation (BIF) associated Rusty Deposit with reported historical Resource of 800,000 tonnes grading 6 g/t Au, containing 150,000 ounces*. The Rusty deposit remains open along strike and at depth. In 2012 Alto drilled the Blue Jay Zone, which includes two separate zones of high-grade gold mineralization on trend to the east of the Rusty Deposit.

* The Historical Resource was estimated in 1990 by Noranda Inc. A Qualified Person (QP), as defined by NI43-101, has not done sufficient work to classify this historical estimate as current mineral resources. Alto is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources, as defined by NI 43-101, and thus the historical estimate should not be relied upon.

-Location & Infrastructure:

Located in central Manitoba, approximately 150 km southeast of Thompson. Access to the property can be gained by float or ski equipped aircraft or by winter road.

-.Regional Significance:

One of the largest underexplored greenstone belts within the Western Superior Province of the Canadian shield. The Oxford Lake property lies in the southwest portion of the Archean age Oxford-Knee Lake greenstone belt in the Oxford-Stull Domain of the western Superior Province of Manitoba. Major structures include an anastomosed array of regional-scale shear zones that appear to merge toward the east of Oxford Lake into the crustal-scale Stull-Wunnummin Fault, which defines the south margin of the Oxford–Stull Domain and is thought to represent a fundamental tectonic boundary in the northwestern Superior Province.

The Monument Bay gold deposit is located approximately 150 km east from Oxford Lake along the same structural trend. Reported Indicated Resources are 36.6 million tonnes averaging 1.52 g/t Au containing 1.78 million ounces of gold and Inferred Resources are 41.9 million tonnes averaging 1.32 g/t Au containing 1.78 million ounces of gold (Source: Yamana Gold Annual Report, 2018). There are also a number of past producing gold mines in proximity to the Stull-Wunnimmin Fault Zone.

-Project Summary:

Property located along major crustal-scale structure.
Historical resources of 800,000 tonnes averaging 6 g/t Au at the Rusty Deposit - mineralization is open along strike and at depth
Gold is associated with a BIF sequence that has been traced along strike for 30 km.
Significant gold was drilled in multiple zones at the Blue Jay, located two km east of the Rusty Deposit:

Only two diamond drill holes were completed in the 10 km segment of the BIF trend west-northwest of the Rusty Deposit, one of these holes intersected wide sections of BIF, one of which assayed 0.98 g/t Au over 3.1 m
Numerous other gold and base metals occurrences on the property have not been explored in detail.

- Outlook:

Highly prospective property with very limited drilling completed to date.

A planned $1.3 million drill program in early 2018 to test the Rusty trend was deferred due to delays in obtaining a drill permit from the Manitoba government and a request from the Bunibonibee Cree Nation to complete a comprehensive exploration agreement.

In December 2018, Alto received a conditional work permit to carry out exploration programs consisting of line cutting, ground geophysics and 3,000 m of diamond drilling, subject to first completing a Heritage Resource Impact Assessment (HRIA) study satisfactory to the Historic Resource Branch of Manitoba Sport, Culture and Heritage. Requests for tenders from several archaeological consultants that support “Best Practices” in consultation with First Nations have been obtained. Subject to certain conditions, it is anticipated that the HRIA will be carried out during summer 2020.

Alto remains open to working with the Bunibonibee Cree Nation (BCN) to resolve outstanding issues that will allow exploration to proceed based on co-operation, mutual respect, and economies of scale that benefit both parties.

Alto completed extensive surface stripping and sampling programs in the period from 2009 to 2011 and diamond drilling in 2011 and 2018. In aggregate 2,737 m of drilling was completed in 14 drill holes. Significant gold results were obtained from these surface and drilling programs.

-Location & Infrastructure:

Pifher Township, 45 km northeast of the Town of Beardmore. Year-round access via Trans-Canada Highway 17 and direct property access from the all-weather 801 Road which passes through the property.

-Regional Significance:

The property lies in the southern part of the Onaman Toshota greenstone belt which formed part of the previously producing Beardmore-Geraldton gold belt. Past production in the belt exceeded 4 million ounces of gold.

The Brookbank deposit, which is located 10 km south of Miner Lake is reported to contain over 600,000 ounces of gold. The Hercules deposit located approximately 10 km east of Miner Lake hosts a NI 43-101 compliant Indicated resource of 231,000 tonnes averaging 14.95 g/t Au and an Inferred resource of 761,000 tonnes averaging 4.13 g/t Au.

In Geraldton, approximately 50 km east of Miner Lake, the Hardrock Mine Project is proceeding to the construction phase. Production of 4.2 million ounces of gold is anticipated from an open pit averaging 1.02 g/t Au over the next 15 years. Additional underground resources include 1.7 million ounces averaging 3.9 g/t Au. (Source: Premier Gold Mines Website)

-Project Summary:

Gold is associated with a series of hydrothermally altered and locally sheared breccia zones hosted within granodiotite to porphyrytic diorite
Mineralized zones are locally sulphide bearing, from 1% to 5% total sulphides, mainly pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite, pyrite
Surface grab and saw-cut channel sampling returned numerous areas of anomalous gold.
At the Whaleback Trench (See Map 3) a series of saw-cut channel samples averaged 1.78 g/t Au and 0.11% Cu over an aggregate width of 19 m
Highlights of gold values in saw cut channel samples from some the other gold occurrences include:
2796 ppb Au, 149 ppm Cu over 1.0 m (Broken Arrow)
1055 ppb Au, 406 ppm Cu over 1.0 m (Broken Arrow)
1809 ppb Au, 284 pm Cu over 1.0 m (Artois Trench)
1285 ppb Au, 198 ppm Cu over 1.0 m (Roadside Trench)
1153 ppb Au, 420 ppm Cu over 1.0 m (Roadside Trench)
1259 ppb Au, 2020 ppm Cu over 1.0 m (Musketeer Trench)
1550 ppb Au, 619 ppm Cu over 1.0 m (Trench 37)
1141 ppb Au, 202 ppm Cu over 1.0 m (Trench 41)
1140 ppb Au, 279 ppm Cu over 1.0 m (Trench 41)
1977 ppb Au, 340 ppm Cu over 1.0 m (Trench 42)
1025 ppb Au, 16415 ppm Cu over 1.0 m (Trench 42)

Drilling to date (14 holes in total) has only tested a few of these breccia zones and anomalous amounts of gold were obtained from most of the drill holes.

-Outlook:

Potentially large-tonnage drill-ready target with several breccia zones ready to be tested by diamond drilling. In addition, petrographic and geochemical alteration studies are recommended to confirm if the postulated porphyry target model applies. Induced Polarization and Resistivity geophysical surveys are recommended to find areas of higher sulphide concentrations and correlate the geophysical results with the drill and alteration studies to determine if increased sulphide content results in increased gold values.

Latest Update ,November, 2018:

A diamond drilling program comprising 1,010m in five holes was completed to further test the main East-West mineralized corridor as well as other targets on the property. Chlorite altered gold-bearing breccia zones associated with feldspar porphyritic diorite were intersected in each of the 2018 holes, with gold values ranging from under 0.002 g/t to 4.48 g/t/ Au in individual samples. The persistent and widespread distribution of gold in the numerous breccia zones in feldspar porphyritic diorite has confirmed the presence of a large gold mineralizing system on the property. Gold mineralization continues to be intersected and further drilling is required.

Production of 4.2 million ounces of gold is anticipated from an open pit averaging 1.02 g/t Au over the next 15 years. Additional underground resources include 1.7 million ounces averaging 3.9 g/t Au. (Source: Premier Gold Mines Website)

-Project Summary:

Gold mineralization occurs within shear-parallel quartz veins associated with the major, northeast trending MLSZ
The MLSZ traverses through the Coyle Lake granodiorite to tonalite intrusive stock, and it has been traced for over six km on the property

-Outlook:

Limited exploration by Alto has confirmed the persistence of gold mineralization along a six km segment a large shear zone that has been partially explored to shallow depths over sporadic sections of the shear zone. The glacial till sampling points to possible gold mineralization in sections of the MLSZ not yet prospected or drilled. The till survey also points to possible gold mineralization along the shear that was discovered in 2019 trending parallel to the MLSZ. Future exploration work includes further prospecting and rock sampling along the MLSZ and the newly discovered shear zone. Diamond drilling is dependent on further sampling and survey results.

12 significant gold occurrences have been found to date in proximity to the MLSZ
Some of the better results from grab samples include:
30.0 g/t Au from Showing #1
