ABCO Energy, Inc. is a Nevada corporation, doing business as “ABCO Solar”, which maintains offices located in Tucson, Arizona. ABCO is a fully reporting public company trading under the symbol “ABCE” on the OTCQB Market.
ABCO has three wholly owned subsidiaries operating under the names of ABCO Solar, Inc. an Arizona Company, ABCO Energy NY, Inc., and Alternative Energy Finance Corporation, a Wyoming Corporation.
Services. We offer full-service, licensed electrical contractors (ROC# 258378) helping with every stage of solar panel installation; from determining the size, financing options, tax and utility incentives. We are your one-stop solar partner.
-Photovoltaic
Sales and installation of solar photovoltaic power generation systems, to provide electric power to residential, commercial/ industrial, and governmental power consumers. These systems are normally interconnected with the electric utilities in our markets. We also provide off grid systems for non-connected customers.
-Financing
We offer developmental and financial services for large scale solar and other alternative energy installations. We offer loans, leases, and power purchase agreements from financial institutions to our customers through our wholly owned subsidiary Alternative Energy Finance Corporation.
-Partnerships
We wish to provide to investors and partners an opportunity to invest directly into solar projects with tax and depreciation pass-through to investors and income with bonuses for 15 to 20 year projects. ABCO and such partners would own projects with shared results benefiting all parties. This program requires significant development funding.
-Expansion Plans
We plan to open operations in a number of cities in the next few months one or more of our currently pending or contemplated funding proposals are consummated. Our headquarters are located in Tucson, Arizona and we serve southern Arizona and the Phoenix area. Depending on market conditions, the next target metropolitan areas we will explore are San Diego and Los Angeles, California; Austin, Texas; Las Vegas, Nevada and Albuquerque, New Mexico. All of the cities in our target group have utility and State support programs for alternative energy that helps the sale of solar and wind get a head start.
